    Are you a good match?

    You have a solid experience in digital programs and project management within complex matrix organization. You have experience with Cloud HR technologies deployment and on HRIS projects. You have strong analytical skills. You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to bring together cross-functional teams around a project. You are fluent in French and English.

    What are we expecting from you?

    Reporting to the International Human Resources Director, you will lead the digital transformation initiatives, establish a data culture and drive the implementation of people analytics within the HR function.

  • You will lead the digital transformation of HR processes and systems across all regions and HR Functions. You will partner with Group HR teams on HR Digital Programs to identify and prioritize digital HR initiatives ensuring seamless integration within the Maison.
  • You will drive the development and adoption of advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making within the HR function.
  • You will oversee strategic HR Controlling Management: monitor the manpower evolution, lead and manage the HR aspects of the budget cycles, ensure monthly monitoring and control of HR KPIs.
  • You will advocate change management to HR teams, and will provide guidance et support to them.
