In the context of a succession plan within our commercial marketing team, we are looking for a
welcoming, dedicated, and team-oriented individual with innovative and creative ideas as a
Commercial Spaces Marketer

Workload 80 to 100%

Your Role

• Achieve marketing goals for office and service spaces through the development of marketing strategies and concepts (including market observation, trend analysis, product definition, positioning, location assessment, etc.) and oversee the marketing budget.
• Use various marketing measures to promote office and service spaces, organize viewing and rental events, maintain contact with potential tenants, expand your network, and act as an internal and external point of contact.
• Create and adjust lease agreements. Additionally, assist in residential areas when needed. This exciting and diverse role also involves managing, coordinating, and advising our third-party service providers.

Your Profile

• Hold a commercial basic education with further training in real estate, e.g., Real Estate Marketer with federal certificate, and practical experience in real estate marketing, preferably in commercial use.
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint), fluent in written and spoken German, good English skills are a plus.
• We are seeking a charismatic and goal-oriented sales talent with strong customer and service orientation, analytical thinking, conceptual and methodical approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
