Unterstützen Sie die Entwicklung von Initiativen zur Verbesserung der Kultur.
Führen Sie datengestützte Analysen zur Mitarbeiterbindung durch.
Koordinieren Sie das Great Place to Work 2026 Programm.
Fähigkeiten
Bachelor oder Master in Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder ähnlichem.
Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten unter Druck.

Werden Sie Teil der Axpo Services AG und tragen Sie dazu bei, die Zukunft der nachhaltigen Energie mitzugestalten Als Teil des Teams Kultur, Führung & Lernen spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Umsetzung von Initiativen, die Axpo als bevorzugten Arbeitgeber im Energiesektor positionieren.
Das werden Sie tun:
Unterstützung von Initiativen zur Organisationsentwicklung zur Verbesserung der Kultur, Führungskompetenzen und organisatorischen Effektivität bei Axpo.
Durchführung datenbasierter Kulturanalysen durch Auswertung von Mitarbeiterbindungsdaten, Umfrageergebnissen und organisatorischen Kennzahlen zur Informationsgewinnung für Strategien.
Koordination des Great Place to Work 2026 Programms über mehrere Geschäftsbereiche hinweg, um Ausrichtung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicherzustellen.
Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Fachleuten zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Entwicklung umsetzbarer Empfehlungen.
Das bringen Sie mit & wer Sie sind:
Bachelor-Abschluss (mindestens 4 Semester abgeschlossen) oder derzeit im Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Organisationsentwicklung, Data Science, Psychologie oder verwandten Bereichen.
Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch (schriftlich und mündlich).
Echtes Interesse an Kulturwandel, Führungskräfteentwicklung und dem Energiesektor.
Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten.
Zuverlässig, proaktiv und selbstständig handelnd.
Idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der Datenanalyse oder Kommunikation.
