- Program Management Support: Assist in the management and oversight of two key programs:
- Distribution Program: Focus on ERP export, sales, and distribution processes.
- Deoration Program: Collaborate with client'spartner for decoration in distribution points.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards to track progress and performance.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, and work on mitigation strategies to ensure smooth program execution.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the programs.
- Experience: Previous experience in program management or PMO support, particularly in IT projects.
- Knowledge of ERP Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems and export sales processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and priorities, given the temporary nature of the position.
- Proactivity: Proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative in project activities.
- Languages: Excellent French and English
