Job summary
The MER DSE Lead will help transform scientific engagement within the region by implementing a digital scientific engagement and omnichannel strategy for Scientific Leaders (SL) and Key Decision Makers (KDM).The role requires developing, planning, and implementing digital scientific engagement plans across all therapeutic areas in MER.
Responsibilities include identifying, evaluating, driving adoption of digital strategies; assessing successful implementation; communicating change management efforts; influencing others to drive transformational change;
and building effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
