Guests can expect an innovative concept with authentic flavours, hand-picked ingredients, specialities from the open fire and famous Greek hospitality. Neora represents a significant step in the gastronomic development of the hotel: contemporary, emotional and cosmopolitan.

To strengthen our creative culinary team, we are looking for you as a motivated and dynamic demi-chef de partie for the upcoming summerseason 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily mise en place
- Preparation and presentation of dishes for your position
- Compliance with and promotion of quality standards in the kitchen
- Compliance with, development and co-design of recipes
- Shared responsibility for proper food storage in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Completed training as a chef and professional experience in an upscale 5-star gastronomic establishment
- First experience in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine
- Excellent product knowledge of Greek cuisine
- Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as very high quality awareness
- Structured and organised way of working
- Great interest in team-oriented work
- Very good knowledge of German and English
