RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be Involved in business and technical requirements and implementation documentation
- Perform ServiceNow integration with external tools (SCCM, intune, SAP..)
- Develop test cases,
- Promote best practices
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
-
Minimum 4 years of experience on ServiceNow:
- Experience in implementation and customization of at least 2 of the main ServiceNow modules core
ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, IRM: - Deep Experience with Portal, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and notifications.
- Platform administration
- Users, groups, roles management
- Upgrades
- Experience with the following
:HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl and Python. - Experience integrating thirdparty tools using REST and SOAP
- Experience integrating LDAP, Midservers
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- ITILv3 certified is preferred
- ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist certification mandatory
- Other ServiceNow certification is a plus
EDUCATION / LANGUAGE
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology,
- Written and verbal proficiency in English
OTHER COMPETENCIES
