Your mission:


  • Provide technical assistance and resolve customer queries.
  • Act as the goto IT expert for the Customer Support team.
  • Manage technical aspects of customer projects, focusing on interfaces and integrations.
  • Develop scripts for task automation in customer support, preferably in Python.
  • Optimize technical processes in Customer Support for enhanced efficiency.

Your profile:


Must Have:


  • Strong communication skills with direct customer interaction experience.
  • Fluent in German and English (C1 level).
  • Basic coding skills, ideally in Python.
  • Fundamental IT knowledge, including software troubleshooting, networking, IT security, understanding of APIs and integrations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an ITrelated field.

Ideal:


  • Experience with enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Abacus).
  • Familiarity with the HR tool landscape (Abacus, Sage, etc.).
