What you will be responsible for

As Custody Client Service Representative you will

Handle client relationships and sentiment via daily interaction with client counterparts
Be accountable for quality, accuracy and timeliness of service levels
Monitor and oversee the performance of Shared Service teams/Operations as it relates to the overall service delivery for the client. Facilitate communication between entities
Management of client facing issues including escalation, reporting outages and reputation or risk impacting workstream items.
Ensure prompt follow up on exception situations and facilitate timely problem resolution to mitigate risk to the corporation and deliver excellent service to client
Provide project management support for client related initiatives.

Strong technical, critical thinking and creative thinking skills while anticipating critical risks and exposures and facilitate mitigation.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Practical knowledge of financial market activities and transactions
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Fluent in German and English
Strong understanding of State Street's products, services, technology/system and operational environment is a plus
