What you will be responsible for

As Custody Client Service Representative you will

  • Handle client relationships and sentiment via daily interaction with client counterparts
  • Be accountable for quality, accuracy and timeliness of service levels
  • Monitor and oversee the performance of Shared Service teams/Operations as it relates to the overall service delivery for the client. Facilitate communication between entities
  • Management of client facing issues including escalation, reporting outages and reputation or risk impacting workstream items.
  • Ensure prompt follow up on exception situations and facilitate timely problem resolution to mitigate risk to the corporation and deliver excellent service to client
  • Provide project management support for client related initiatives.

  • Strong technical, critical thinking and creative thinking skills while anticipating critical risks and exposures and facilitate mitigation.
Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical knowledge of financial market activities and transactions
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong understanding of State Street's products, services, technology/system and operational environment is a plus
