We are looking for talented University Graduates Kick-start your career with our Focus-Track Graduate Programme within the Division Investment & Wealth Management Solutions.

Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential. We offer you three rotations in different teams, on
- and off-the-job training and the opportunity to start building your own network. Each rotation is designed to provide you with in‐depth knowledge and a sound foundation to perform in your focus area and beyond. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a period of months.

Start date: 1 October 2023

Programme duration: 18 months

Join the Division Investment & Wealth Management Solutions and become part of the Investment Team in Zurich. You will be actively involved in the daily business, gaining first-hand experience, and acquiring relevant power and personal skills.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

What to work on?

Being part of a dynamic team of dedicated investment professionals
Supporting our investment experts in providing investment advice and managing portfolios (Funds and Mandates)
Collaborating in the daily business tasks of the Investment team including representation
Working on and preparing of customer inquiries, investment proposals and portfolio analyses
Developing investment ideas based on thorough market and instrument analyses
Contributing to strategic and organizational initiatives as well as projects

What to learn?

You will learn about Investment

- as well as Portfolio Management.

You will work closely with the Portfolio Managers and Investment Advisors and support them in various topics in their daytoday business as well as projects.
You will get the unique chance to leverage on the knowledge of the team and get a view on markets as well as an institutional investment process from the start to the end.

YOUR PROFILE:

Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets are an asset
Keen interest in financial markets and financial institutions
Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker
Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Independent, resilient, and teamoriented personality
Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
Fluency in English, German and other languages an advantage
Eligibility to work in Switzerland
