For our client active in the hospitality industry we are looking for a motivatedTeam Coordinator 100%:
Your challenges
- Provide critical administrative support to help achieve the mission of improving patient outcomes
- Goto person for organizing and planning internal meetings with other departments
- Organize and assemble supplement stock, help to ensure that they always have the resources they need to provide the best care possible
- Keep track of deadlines for different projects, including sending reminders to team members when necessary
- In charge of managing the calendar of the head of department, ensuring that it is always on schedule and prepared for any meetings or events
- Collaborate closely with the finance department
- Prepare clients' discharge folders, including lab results, reports and other critical documents
Your skills
- Completed commercial vocational training and experience in a similar position
- Medical background
- Strong self
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Proficency in German and other languages is a plus
- High proficiency in MS Office suite especially in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Very good organization and time management skills
- Occasional availability on out
