We are looking for a dedicated intern (M/F/d) to join and support our team in the retail operations team from June 2024 at our location in Zug to inspire customers for our brands HUGO and BOSS with passion and know-how.

The internship is limited to 6 months.

What you can expect:

You work independently, responsibly, and goaloriented on a variety of challenging tasks and projects.
You collaborate closely with our POS and Area Management as well as our Retail Operations Team across countries.
In addition, based on your tasks, you gain insights into different types of POS and their associated strategies.
The exciting combination of daytoday tasks/projects such as creating guidelines and newsletters, reporting and analysis, training concepts and POS support offers you a diverse internship.
As a central point of contact, you directly engage with our POS and contribute to improving communication skills in the Retail Management role.
Furthermore, you make an active contribution to internal team organization by taking responsibility for the preparation and followup of meetings.

Your profile:

You have a degree in (international) business or economics, business administration/management, têxtile/trade management, or a comparable field of study.
You possess strong organizational skills and work in a structured manner with attention to detail.
You enjoy working independently and cooperatively in a team and have excellent communication skills.
You have a high willingness to continuously develop yourself.
You have already gained practical experience in the retail industry.
Fluent German/English language skills and knowledge of French (both written and spoken) are advantageous.
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
