Celebrating 140 years of history, with over 1900 passionate people over 20 countries, we're seeking exceptional talent to join our Squad in La Chaux-De-Fonds as an Operations MRP Migration Manufacturing intern for 5 months.


In the context of our ERP transformation program and implementation of SAP S4, you will contribute to the optimization and data migration of MRP (Material Resource Planning) business parameters and outputs related to movement manufacturing.


Your main responsabilities:


Project Leader role

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data and insights on the current situation.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

MRP Manufacturing migration to SAP**- Conduct a comprehensive analysis / diagnostic of the production MRP parameters and outputs (lot size, set-up time, STO, lead-time, work order in progress (WIP), quality rate) vs. operational performance.

  • Develop and propose MRP KPI dashboard and optimization action plan in collaboration with Planners and production Managers.
  • Define conversion rules for all MRP parameters and outputs to secure data migration to SAP S
  • Contribute to ERP transformation program streams as Business Analyst.

Your profile:


  • You are currently in a master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or IT Management
  • Ideally, you have a Project Management Certification (e.g. PMI-PMP or Agile Scrum Master)
  • You have data analytics and Lean Manufacturing appetency
  • You have a good understanding of ERP Material Resource Planning
  • You have knowledges in SAP Manufacturing (DTS-PTP)
  • You speak fluently French and English
  • You have a strong ability to communicate with various stakeholders
