Demand Management Intern you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Customer Care and Demand Planning teams in Europe and SAMEA (South Asia, Middle East, Africa). You will gain hands-on experience in understanding customer needs, optimising inventory levels, and ensuring a seamless supply chain.

You will:


  • Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to analyse customer demand patterns and assist in forecasting efforts
  • Support the Customer Care team in addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and order management
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Demand organisation
  • Collaborate with team members on assigned projects
  • Experience mentorship and guidance from Demand professionals
    You:
  • Are currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme (Business, Supply Chain, Economics, etc) or are a recent graduate
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, interpret trends, and make recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint), and familiarity with demand planning or customer care systems is a plu
  • Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a fastpaced team environment.
  • Are flexible and able to work on several projects simultaneously and switch priorities on a short notice basis
