As a

Demand Management Intern you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Customer Care and Demand Planning teams in Europe and SAMEA (South Asia, Middle East, Africa). You will gain hands-on experience in understanding customer needs, optimising inventory levels, and ensuring a seamless supply chain.

This internship offers an invaluable opportunity to learn from industry professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

You will:

Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to analyse customer demand patterns and assist in forecasting efforts
Support the Customer Care team in addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and order management
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Demand organisation
Collaborate with team members on assigned projects
Experience mentorship and guidance from Demand professionals
You:
Are currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme (Business, Supply Chain, Economics, etc) or are a recent graduate
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, interpret trends, and make recommendations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint), and familiarity with demand planning or customer care systems is a plu
Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a fastpaced team environment.
Are flexible and able to work on several projects simultaneously and switch priorities on a short notice basis
