We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our team in Switzerland.

Are you looking for a job where you are responsible for the overall IT strategy and ensuring that the business strategy aligns with the latest technology? If so, in this role you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's digital transformation by designing and implementing scalable, robust, and secure IT architectures.

With a broad perspective, you can see the big picture and understand how different parts of the organization interconnect, leading to more cohesive and integrated operations.


Your main tasks and responsibilities:


  • You ensure that the IT strategy is fully aligned with the business strategy, enabling the organization to achieve its goals more effectively
  • In close collaboration with our IT Business Partners you develop and maintain enterprise architecture models to assist in the alignment of IT strategy and planning with the company's business goals
  • You play a crucial role in identifying and integrating new technologies that can provide competitive advantages
  • By understanding the complexities of IT systems, you help in mitigating risks associated with digital operations and technology investments
  • You analyze and design costeffective solutions that optimize the return on technology investment
  • You determine and implement build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel by having a holistic approach
  • You are instrumental in managing change within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions with mínimal disruption
  • Through the design of efficient and scalable IT architectures, you improve business processes and operational efficiency
  • You help in futureproofing the organization by anticipating future technology trends and preparing the IT landscape accordingly

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a comparable Enterprise Architect role with cloud computing and cloud sevices for at least 10 years
  • University Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science incl. additional certifications such as TOGAF or Zachman Framework
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and buyin for IT initiatives
  • Hunger to stay up to date with latest technologies and solutions in the market
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
