The role
Swiss Principal Company (SPCo) Administrator is responsible to ensure all documentation is maintained to demonstrate compliance with Swiss PCo rules focusing on data management and processes.


Your Challenge:


  • Be the focal point for any Swiss PCo document and data bases. (10 years period)
  • Perform regular review to assess documents quality in line with Swiss PCo rules and Corteva standards.
  • Admin support to the functions in the SPCo council.
  • Maintain existing data management structure or propose update when needed.
  • Organize and participate to regular Swiss PCo meetings.
  • Monthly Core team meetings and sub team meetings:
  • Manufacturing And Supply Chain
  • Procurement
  • Finance/ Controllership/ Tax
  • Marketing/ Sales
  • R&D/ Regulatory
  • R&D/ IFS

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:


  • This role reports to the SPCo General Manager.
  • Leaders of the SPCo key functions in Versoix but also at Global level.
  • Business and senior leadership including members of the Portfolio Leadership Team (Global Portfolio Leader, Portfolio Supply Chain Manager, Portfolio Technology Leader, Portfolio Strategic Supply Directors, and Financial Analyst).
  • Interaction with regional execution roles in all functions

  • 35 years of experience in the area of principal company data management.

  • Proactively challenges self, team, colleagues, management to focus on the right critical few issues
