Your Profile

  • You are a Master Degree holder (Engineering or equivalent),
  • You have 1+ year of experience in Project Management in an international and complex environment, with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are proactive, wellorganised and you are recognised for your excellent communication skills
  • You are a good listener and you are comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • You are fluent in English, proficiency in French is a strong asset

What you will do:

**Activities
As a IS Project Manager, you will organize and manage IS (information system) projects from end-to-end.

You will assume responsibility for the various phases, from the understanding of the needs expressed by the business to the solution execution.

You will guarantee to the business units that everything is done to deliver the best solution in alignment with the commitments.


You will be responsible for:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:


  • Clarifying the context, objectives and conditions for project satisfaction with the sponsors
  • Drafting and validating functional specifications with key project contributors
  • Defining communication and change management plans
  • Identifying and managing project risks with sponsors and key contributors
  • Planning project phases and deliverables
  • Organising, coordinating and leading project teams
  • Analyzing and arbitrating project changes with sponsors an managing the expectations
  • Communicating around project progress to stakeholders and management
  • Coordinating technical and functional testing with users and stakeholders
  • Checking that acceptance activities have been carried out at the end of the project
  • Providing feedback and finalizing the project.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE:


  • Qualifying new project requests with the different stakeholders
  • Suggesting and validating the appropriate governance mode for each project with the management team
  • Keeping the project portfolio up to date based on information provided by the project managers
  • Presenting the project portfolio to the management team and teams for information and approval
  • Keeping the IS project methodology up to date, in accordance with management and Company recommendations
  • Administrating and keeping up to date the tools provided to project managers
  • Training continuously the project managers in the project methodology and in the use of the various tools
  • Participating in the process of consolidating and communicating the IDS roadmap

Technologies

  • You are comfortable with all the different phases of Project Management (from Project definition to completion)
  • You must be familiar with Project Management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall). A previous experience in Program Management is a strong asset A previous experience using ServiceNow and/or Wrike is highly recommended
