The opportunity is within the Controlling Department, reporting to the Industrial Controller. This role is responsible for the controlling and reporting activities related to the components production based in Switzerland. The Controller will ensure excellence in the finance activities during the monthly closings and the budget processes. He/she will work closely with the operations and the production teams.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the correct recognition of the accounting transactions including the intercompany reconciliation
Monitoring and controlling the production costs and perform analysis of the production variances
Implement and monitor KPIs for the manufacturing division
Manage the budget and forecast preparation related to the manufacturing unit
Manage the inventory control systems and the obsolescence calculation
Implement best practices to the manufacturing unit
Business partnering to the Production team through the preparation/analysis of business cases (e.g. industrial capex assessment)
Coordinate the preparation of the Statutory Accounts and the audit process.
