    This is an amazing opportunity for a driven professional to join our Building Management System (BMS) Europe team composed of a diverse group of women and men from all over the world and contribute to the exciting mission to make buildings smarter, more efficient and sustainable. Honeywell BMS brings to market solutions to better control, monitor and reduce the energy intensity of buildings, contributing toward net zero emissions in buildings.

    We are looking for a detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in international group to assist business unit leader and drive specific internal projects. In this role, you will be working closely with the BMS leadership team of BMS business unit for Europe, and play a key role in the organization of the business unit operating system and communication initiatives.

    This role is based in our head office in Rolle, Vaud, Switzerland.

    Responsibilities of the position :
    - Be the European relay of all internal communication matters for the business unit: animate BMS Europe social network, organize townhalls, local employee events in coordination with other Honeywell business units, coordinate organization of business events with customers.
    - Lead projects to improve working environment and efficiency of the business unit team (ex: creation of intranet pages, simplification of processes, improvement of communication etc)
    - Adapt the customer marketing materials to French or German speaking markets' needs. Work closely with sales and offering team to understand how to best position BMS value proposition in the local communication material.
    - Manage the business unit leader operating systems: meeting schedules, content, minutes, rails and organization, calendar and travel arrangements.
    - Manage the Swiss sites administration.

    Qualification:

    - Excellent computer skills (office suite), Salesforce and SAP is a plus
    - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
    - Excellent organization and time-management skills
    - Team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships
    - Sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
    - Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
    - Comfortable interacting with high-level executives
    - Resourceful, can-do attitude
    - Thrives in a fast-paced environment
    - Social media competent

    Minimum qualifications:
    - Bachelor level
    - Fluent in minimum 2 languages – English is a must, French or German as well
    - 1-3 year professional experience (project management, marketing assistant or executive assistant
