agreement for an enthusiastic Director, Business & Therapy Development - Germany & Austria
(100%). You will play a crucial role in successfully establishing worldwide clinical efficacy for
Implantica's portfolio of breakthrough implantable solutions in many clinical areas.
The Director, Business & Therapy Development is responsible for therapy introduction, KOL
development, driving sales & adoption, building a robust customer pipeline, executing market
access strategy, and ensuring best-in-class customer management. This is a country leadership role
focused on driving short
- and long-term commercial & market access success in Germany and

**Key Responsibilities: - Lead and implement commercial plans - KOL management, sales, product adoption, new
account development through a structured business development process
- Build and manage all salesrelated activities that result in achieving the annual adoption
- Actively support and coach the regional business & therapy development teams in your
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the smooth execution of patient
reimbursement strategies as well as medical affairs activities and clinical programs
- Ensure the sales team meets high expectations in generating demand from existing & new
- Establish efficient and effective communications with the management team to ensure
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of highperformance sales, business development and therapy management
- Strong clinical knowledge and surgical support skills, ideally in laparoscopic surgeries in
- Proven experience in building professional relationships with top KOLs and clinical
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of business analytics tools
- Ability to travel 60% within assigned area
- Language: Fluent German and English. Other languages a plus
