Green Energy Venture, part of oe energy, is a consulting and service company operating along the renewable energy value chain.

We have been connecting technology and financial markets on three continents for over two decades.

Our fields of expertise are Engineering, Transaction Management, TA (Technical Advisory) and high-level services, which are necessary for the realization of projects in renewable energies.

We are currently moving more than 8 GW in our internal projects - from their development to grid connection along our core competencies.

Tasks

Responsibility for the technical design for the realization of projects. This includes the preparation of preprojects, the support of approval procedures, the implementation of technical standards as well as quality assurance in all project phases.
Preparation of preproject reports including technical clarifications and specifications of the procurement requirements for the projects
SPOC of the project management contact person for all technical requirements during the approval process
Coordination and negotiation of technical aspects with the project stakeholders involved and check control of external planners and service providers regarding compliance with our requirements
Maintaining effective and trusted cooperation beyond the boundaries of your own

organizational unit and in a cross-divisional manner

Lead the evaluation and implementation of technology solutions to enhance operations of the PV Engineering department.
Management of PV projects and/or portfolios, including all activities and communications, internal or external.

Requirements:

Completed master's degree, doctor or comparable qualification in the field of electrical or energy engineering.

- \+5 years of proven professional experience in dealing with PV projects on a technical level.

A decisive personality with proven management skills. You are used to structuring of packages and processes, further able to empower and support your project stakeholders by clear and effective communication.
Very good communication skills in German and English in writing and orally. Further language skills are an advantage.
Professional experience in engineering, advisory or consultancy and the renewable energy industry
High resilience
Capability and maturity to engage on Clevel and senior leadership
Wellstructured, organized, and serviceoriented way of working
