We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Field Project Manager Dermatology - Rheumatology to join our team at Johnson & Johnson.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of our products and our reputation within the Swiss market.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement local commercial projects and services in accordance with the brand plan to align the product with the overall strategy and accomplish commercial goals.
Lead the development and implementation of workshops, webinars, and educational meetings at the regional level in collaboration with crossfunctional sales & marketing teams.
Coordinate between internal and external partners for multidisciplinary projects.
Embrace a customercentric approach and implement cohesive strategies.
Achieve customer engagement and event targets as agreed with the line manager.
Measure and analyze key performance indicators in the customer relationship management system.
Contribute to the Cluster Value Team and help shape the commercial strategy by providing local market insights through our CRM System and CVT meetings attendance.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Extensive understanding of dermatology and rheumatology, including current industry trends and effective approaches.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
Strong business acumen with sense of urgency
Positive dissatisfaction and aspiration to beat the odds.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Fluency German & English and Good French language skills required.
