Ihr Profil

• Responsibility for the definition of the verification strategy of the IoT Digital Ecosystem containing several software platforms (on-board/embedded, cloud, mobile app)
• Coordination of all verification activities of the Belimo's IoT Digital Ecosystem: Edge-Device, Edge-Connectivity, Backend-Services, Frontend-Applications (Web & App)
• Ensure synergies and efficiency among the different verification teams (local and nearshore)
• Coordinate nearshore verification team both strategically and operationalally
• Proactive coordination between internal stakeholders (product engineering, development, architecture, product management) and external test centers
• Active participation on the review of requirements for new features
• Define and establish Verification Processes
• Ensure appropriate reporting of the verification activities (test plans, test cases, test scripts, test results)
• Responsibility for budget and on-time delivery

Unser Angebot

• Technical or scientific studies (ETH, university or FH)
• Several years of experience in cloud-based integration and system verification in the context of complex product development
• Knowledge and experience in the environment of embedded software or IoT
• ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level – Test Manager is a plus
• Experience in the technical and personnel management of one or more teams
• Know-how in the use of test management tools, as well as agile working methods and build, release, and DevOps test automation
• Experience in an international environment
• Initiative, solution-oriented and innovative personality with drive and "hands-on" mentality and passion for quality
• High social and intercultural competence and the will to make a difference
• Very good command of both written and spoken English, German is a plus
