• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department
• Prepare financial statements in the month close process, reports, planning and forecasts on a regular basis for the Finance Director, Management and Stakeholders
• Prepare the monthly reporting pack to our headquarter
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes
• Coordinate and oversee the billing process
• Monitor the cash flow, liquidity and debt collection process with our clients
• Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
• Overseeing the financial process and improving controls
• Identifying areas for technical improvement (SAP R3, PowerBI) and implementing solutions as necessary
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating closely with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management required, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• OR / IFRS accounting standard knowledge and experience in reporting
• Tax and Pension knowledge and understanding
• Experience in aviation, airport handling or alike desired
• Ttrong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting requirements
• An advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (SAP R3, Excel, PowerBI) is further desired.
