Rivero is a successful Fintech startup founded in early 2019 on a mission to enable banks and financial institutions to automate complex processes most simply and efficiently.

Tasks

What will you do?

With a growing customer base, we seek a talented and experienced UX/UI designer to evolve the user experience for our industry-leading solutions to the next level.

You will be in charge of creating stunning interfaces for our two products and help keep our website and the occasional marketing visually appealing and consistent.

You will work closely with our two product teams to create intuitive, visually appealing, and effective designs that enhance the overall user experience for our customers.

Create usercentred design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product owners, domain experts, customer success managers and engineers
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience
Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design

Requirements:

Do you have the right stuff?

You'll be a good match if you can identify with the following:

Talented artist with an eye for visually pleasing user interface design
Ability to turn complex topics and technical processes into stunning user experiences
Fluent in using design tools (e.g. Figma)
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong interpersonal skills in English, German is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
