For our international partner, Roche Diagnostics International Ltd.

based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a qualified and motivated
Sourcing Specialist for 6 months with option for extension.

- class sourcing and contract management activities.
- to-end value delivery, the role collaborates closely with Business Partners and the Category Management teams to translate business requirements into robust sourcing strategies.

The Project Sourcing Manager acts as a key point of contact for Direct Procurement during the product development process within the scope of their responsibility.

Through continuous improvement methodologies, this role delivers consistent business-relevant value through gaining operational efficiencies and driving optimal supplier performance.

As part of the procurement process the role also collaborates with legal and / or contracting functions to support contracting activities such as the preparation and review of master agreements, statements of work, change orders, or similar documents.

Tasks:

Responsible for the execution of highvalue and complex sourcing, contract and supplier management activities supporting the development and commercialization of Roche products
Responsible for driving the sourcing process, end to end, including the active management and monitoring of supplier performance throughout the engagement
Influences and guides crossfunctional teams through bestinclass sourcing and contract management activities
Ensuring all sourcing requests are executed in line with business strategy and priorities, as synthesized by the Business Partner, including preferred supplier arrangements and contracting requirements (associated statements of work, change orders, or similardocuments)
Partners with stakeholders and influences as required to ensure optimal sourcing decisions and supplier performance outcomes are achieved
Support end

- to-end value delivery, collaborate closely with Business Partners and the Category Management teams to translate business requirements into robust sourcing strategies

Acts as a key point of contact for Direct Procurement during the product development process within the scope of responsibility

Must Haves:

Finished University Degree, preferably in Engineering
Min. 6 years experience working as a Project Manager
Min. 6 years working in Procurement / Sourcing, ideally with instruments and software
Good IT skills with G-Suite and with electronic ordering systems, knowledge of MyBuy & SAP
Strong stakeholder management skills
Very good written and oral skills in German and English are required
Very good communication skills
Strategic thinking and understanding of higherlevel contexts
Conceptual and analytical skills
Enthusiasm, proactivity and initiative
Resultsoriented approach as well as target grouporiented and confident appearance
