Sustainability Manager*in - Corporate Center

Actively drive KPMG Switzerland's sustainability strategy forward with a large variety of projects. You will directly work with the Corporate Responsibility Officer on broad range of tasks, where you can make use of your sustainability expertise.

Your contribution to KPMG

Prepare the annual Sustainability Report (GRI) and manage the ESG Reporting

Maintain the annual Ecovadis CSR certification

Lead or participate in various internal working groups

Run the firm's volunteering and pro bono program

Continue the development of the firms' climate action plan

Develop a sustainable supply chain approach

Represent KPMG at internal and external events

Prepare meetings with the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors

This is what makes you successful

Degree in Sustainability, Economics or Accounting/Reporting.

At least 2-4 years of experience in sustainability, ideally in reporting or general sustainability management

Knowledge or experience in non-financial reporting processes and strong knowledge of the GRI

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good understanding of industry trends & challenges

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization

Proficient English and German skills needed
