IT Energy Trading ManagerWhat you will do
Lead a team of IT professionals supporting 24/7 business systems
Make sure critical IT Energy systems run reliably and efficiently
Help define the IT direction and system architecture for key business platforms
Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of several production systems
Support and deliver business IT projects across different areas of the company
Work closely with senior business stakeholders
Be part of the IT leadership team
Coach and develop teams across multiple locations, including external partners
What you bring
10+ years' experience in IT, with strong experience in energy trading or utilities
Experience leading large IT support and delivery teams
Good understanding of IT operations, ITIL, and software development
Ability to balance stable operations with ongoing improvement and change
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment
Fluent English; German is an advantage
