Proclinical are recruiting a Technical Team Leader for a digital health establishment. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Basel. The client is focused on providing various medial digital services to advise and treat people.

Responsibilities:

Partake in the consistent stabilisation and upkeep of the core systems.
You will motivate personnel and produce a space where they can ask queries and voice concerns.
Examine current operations and timetabling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Keep updated o industry trends and company developments.
When possible, recognise risks and form contingency plans quickly.
To guarantee projects are completed to standard, you will mediate with team members, management and clients.
Evaluate the quality of the teamwork and followup on constant improvement.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a computer science or a similar education.
Various years of experience and expertise on objectfocused software development within the Microsoft setting, such as Backend: C#,.NET, ASP.NET Core, EF Core
Frontend: Angular, Typescript, Yarn, etc.
Acquaintance with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, MS SQL Server, etc., would be ideal.
Familiarity with agile software development based on Scrum, which involves code reviews and pair programming.
Works well in a team.
Results focused with a selfreliant work style.
A structured and qualityfocused approach.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Fluency in the English and German languages.
