What role will you play?


The Projects Coordinator Energy will play a leading role for the set-up and deployment of structural assessment and monitoring systems for offshore structures.

Projects/services deployment are expected to be focused on but not limited to the EU zone.


Reporting to the VP Digitization services, the Projects Coordinator Energy will manage a range of varied structural digital twin deployments over the design and operations stages.

This is a multi-disciplinary role, between software deployment and energy delivery processes requiring coordination between operators and technical authorities (such as class associations) along with the Akselos technical teams such as the HCM-based engineering services and US centric CoreTech software development.


Key Responsibilities:


  • As coordinator will lead the services delivery for the digitization of assets and build of structural digital twins from the point of opportunity identification/qualification, through implementation and handover to the customer and Akselos customer support.
  • Support the Sales teams in customer engagements, including writing commercial proposals for structural digital twins.
  • Cements business relationships with target customers, building trust and confidence in Akselos' technology and service offerings.
  • Mentor and help develop HCM engineers to perform digitization services for asset solutions to international standards.
  • Work with the Akselos service and technical teams to develop structural health monitoring solutions/extensions to meet evolving customer needs.

Your qualifications and experience:


  • An Energy industry professional with a background in asset integrity management in downstream and or Upstream:
  • Certified Project manager with a track record in asset/energy related projects.
  • Familiar with SaaS solutions and solution formulation in a customer facing role.
  • Have a good technical understanding of the simulation engineering processes.
  • Good working English and Spanish language skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
