- Ensure the link between the client, Relationship Managers (RMs), Service Team and operational departments ;
- Assist RMs in their mission by executing the day-to-day business and more occasional activities ;
- Establish and maintain quality relationships with the clients (both external and internal) ;
- Proceed with accounts openings/closings, pass the orders and controls the correct execution ;
- Control client identification, call-backs and cash management ;
- Prepare the RM's business trip ;
- Master the mechanisms of the bank and work within the established practices and procedures.

As a Wealth Management generalist, the Client Service Officer (CSO) works within a CSO team under the responsibility of a Team Coordinator CSO (CCSO).
Your team works with a specific Wealth Management Zone. In this case, Eastern Europe desk. You support a/several Relationship Manager(s) (RM) in the administrative and operational management of their client books.
You hold a key relationship position and contribute to the quality of the Bank's image. You are acting as a link between the operational departments of the Bank, the collaborators and the clients.
