Job Title: Stock Logistics Coordinator

A stock logistics coordinator plays a vital role in managing the flow of goods and components within an organization.

The primary responsibility is to ensure that all incoming packages are received, processed, and stored efficiently. This involves verifying the condition of the packages, updating records in dedicated systems, and maintaining accurate audit trails.

• Receive all incoming packages of components, finished products, and general services;
• Ensure compliance with receipts by verifying any defects or damage on received packages;

Proactive Support for Component Stock

The stock logistics coordinator will also provide proactive support to component stock during peak activity periods. This includes assisting with kit assembly, internal stock movements, shipment of component stock.
