We are currently seeking an experienced Agile Manager to serve as Product owner to lead the Agile transformation for the Swiss Affiliate, including a coaching role to successfully implement Agile methodologies, execute the strategy and roadmap for the transformation as well as manage the change within the organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Product Owner (PO) for our Agile Transformation Office (AO)
  • Responsible for improving the value of the product delivered by the AO team by ensuring that the AO team backlog is clear and understood with correct Agile components (user stories, epics, tasks) which satisfy customer and partner needs.
  • Responsible in consultation with the Director Business Transformation for maintaining the vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog of the product. Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals. Understand the product in relation to the company's strategy and ensures that the product meets customer needs.
  • Ensure the proper ordering of the items in the Product backlog to better achieve the objectives. Maintain high level of transparency and accessibility of the backlog to affiliate.
  • Responsible for the effective allocation of resources to ensure project teams have the necessary skills and capacity to deliver.
  • The PO acts as the voice of our customers, translating their needs into actionable items. Solve productrelated problems, make decisions, complete tradeoff analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams working on different components of the Transformation. Remove obstacles and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Regularly update partners on project status, including progress, challenges, and achievements. Ensure transparency and handle expectations effectively.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively lead impediments to ensure project success.
  • Change Management
  • Gather feedback from customers and use it to drive project improvements and meet or exceed expectations.
  • Plan, implement and monitor change initiatives in the affiliate by working in tight collaboration with impacted teams.
  • Identify and manage resistance to change.
  • Inspires and influences others through varied narratives aligned to diverse audiences.
  • Regularly update partners on project status, achievements, and any potential risks or roadblocks.
  • Agile Coach
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams by identifying process bottlenecks, suggesting improvements, and implementing Agile standard methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the teams through regular retrospectives and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their professional growth and skills.
  • Coach senior leaders and managers to help the teams through transitions.
  • Be the point of contact for all questions on Agile and on the Agile Transformation.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Manager.
  • Track record and working experience gained in an FMCG or strategic consulting company.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and balance conflicting priorities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal attributes and strong facilitation skills deals with conflict including interpersonal conflict on team.
  • Project management certification (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software as well as excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
