- Global Marketing is part of our Customer Excellence team that defines and drives offering strategy that creates a unique portfolio delivered with customer service and experience, to accelerate business growth. As Global Marketing Manager you will
partner with the Global Category team in setting the strategy and along the
whole commercialization process and ensure a full embedded value proposition. You will report directly to the Global Marketing Director. This role can be based in multiple locations globally, with preference in Kemptthal (Switzerland).
With Givaudan, you will work for a company that touches billions of consumers more than a hundred times a day.
You will
:
- Be the main person to guide and
improve the platform strategy by providing a view of our global landscape and insights, incl. market size and share, trends, competitive dynamics, and environment consumer/ customer needs to implementing marketing roadmaps and plans.
- Provide
strategic marketing support to selected global/high profile accounts to allow a positive omnichannel customer experience.
Lead and create new proprietary insight and foresight driven transversal programs from the "Beyond" pillar.
- Be the
internal ambassador for the Plant Attitude growth platform in a multinational environment
You have
:
- University Degree in Marketing or Science combined with Marketing Degree or other recognized marketing qualification
- High curiosity and and passionate to early identify new tools
- B2B or FMCG experience (in the Food & Beverages industry and plantbased category is an advantage)
- Experience leading external agencies and partners
- High expertise and advanced marketing vision of food and beverages markets
- Consumeroriented and CSI understanding
- Comfortable working with diversity of groups, both functional and geographical
- Experienced to navigate a matrix and global environment
- Business fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
