Sustainability is not a function, but a business approach, a mindset, and a way of working together across all functions in the store, in order to strengthen the commercial agenda, become a better place to work, a better local neighbour and store with positive impact on people and planet.

A day in your life with us
Secure and co-ordinate the sustainability responsibilities of the functions, according to the recommended store sustainability ARC set-up.

Act as a point of contact between the store and sustainability team of the Service Office.
Organise and lead store sustainability team meetings
Follow up with relevant functions on progress made,
Keep store management team engaged and informed on KPIs and progress,
Flag to store management team + SO sustainability team if progress is not made (according to preset action plan & budget),
Join country level store coordinators meetings (if applicable)
Share best practice "People & Planet Positive Ideas" on behalf of store on online sharing platform.
Mandatory => English level C1
