Our Diversity Internship gives women in-depth insights into banking through coaching with experienced mentors, shadowing days that provide experience in a range of departments, exclusive networking events and tailored training on finance industry essentials.

You work on real-life business challenges and have responsibilities within your team, so you can learn on-the-job. It's a rich, fulfilling program designed to harness and develop your skills and provide a rewarding, inspiring experience.

Academic requirements:
Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences


Your field of responsibility

You support in the creation of client investment documents, which consolidate Research & Strategy, financial markets topics and selected Investment Solutions.

You collaborate closely together with different stakeholders (e.g. product experts, research analysts, marketing and communication stakeholders) in order to perform your tasks.

You have the opportunity to gain in-depth insight into the value chain of investment-related documents, communication and services with a Swiss focus.

Your qualifications and skills

You have:

  • Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor's degree or are currently enrolled on a master's program
  • A strong academic record and a keen interest in financial markets
  • A desire to seek challenges and are a supportive, adaptable team member who can build strong relationships
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Curiosity about what a large corporation like Credit Suisse has to offer and are motivated to learn
  • Fluent English, other languages are a plus
  • Good analytical skills and are quick to grasp the bigger picture
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
