- Collaborer avec des agences créatives pour concevoir du matériel de support de vente et de marque, du type flyers, affiches ou encore catalogue produits/nouveautés.
- Support dans la coordination et la gestion des activités de dégustation ou de promotion en magasin, notamment dans les stations-services.
- Assister dans la conception, la mise à jour et l'analyse des promotions et des lancements de produits.
- Participer à la veille concurrentielle, comprenant notamment la visite de magasins, le suivi des prix des produits et des publications sur les différents réseaux sociaux.
- Apporter un soutien administratif tel que le suivi des budgets, la création/réception de paiements, la gestion du matériel ou l'expédition de colis.
- Fournir un soutien lors des conférences internes à travers la création de présentations, récolte de données pertinentes, voir prise de parole
- En cours de formation en école de commerce en vue d'obtenir une maturité professionnelle ou stage pratique obligatoire avant d'accéder à la HEG
- Maîtrise du français, bonnes connaissances en anglais et allemand
- A l'aise avec les outils Excel, PowerPoint, Word et Outlook
- Aisance dans la gestion de projets, rigoureux et précis
- Initiative, facilité de contact et sens de l'organisation
- Sens des responsabilités et autonomie
