  • Your tasks
  • Daily administrative secretarial work
  • Electronic recording, monitoring, filing and administration of client data
  • Support of the mandate head in the daily administrative tasks of trusts, companies and foundations (bank account openings, preparation of minutes/resolution, payment instructions)
  • Support of the team leader and mandate heads in various task
  • Preparing presentations and charts
  • Your profile
  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent and first work experience in a similar position
  • Proactive personality who enjoys working in a team and is interested in digital processes
  • Flexible person, who adapts to the needs of the company and the team
  • Reliable, independent, accurate and diligent
  • Fluent in Business English and good level of spoken and written German is welcome, additional languages are an addon
