Tasks

Support the Head of Product to create and execute product roadmaps and strategies.
Develop and execute product innovation strategies, funnels and projects.
Create seasonal assortment concepts and product briefings.
Craft compelling product storytelling and text to support the communication team.
Act as the owner of the collection and interface for all productrelated topics.
Collaborate with sales, supply chain, marketing and ensure product implementation throughout the entire gotomarket process.
Follow up on design and development processes, including prototyping, pricing, sizing, and timely delivery.
Conduct market research and benchmark analysis.
Responsible for master data creation and adjustment.
Work closely with the communication team to develop packaging concepts and content.

Requirements:

BSc in Business Administration, Product Management, Marketing or any other related field.
Experience in product management or a related field in the sport

- or fashion industry.

Proficient computer skills in MS Office software, Adobe Illustrator, and PLM programs.
Analytical thinking with good interpersonal and organizational skills and a strong ability to work in a team.
Proactive and agile mindset with a handsapproach.
Entrepreneurial thinking with a willingness to take ownership and personally drive improvement.
Ambitious and motivated to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Very good communication and expression skills in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
