• This role involves leading patent activities across emerging markets with occasional global scope.
• The successful candidate will advise regional and country leadership on patent strategies for pharmaceutical development, licensing, and launches.

• Patent law including freedom-to-operate analysis, patentability litigation due diligence prosecution etc.
