The role of the Facilities work experience participant is to offer day to day support and assistance to the Office & Facilities Coordinator by executing internal processes and tasks.

  • Preparation and collation of office booklet
  • Preparation and collation of visitor booklet
  • Collation of 'how the office works' procedures/processes/contacts
  • Basement cleansing
Experience/Technical Skills

Elementary School

Previous job experience advantageous but not essential

MS Office knowledge

Fluent in French with knowledge of English (spoken and written)
