Swisslinx is looking for an accomplished and entrepreneurial individual to take on the challenging role as our Chief Executive Officer to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company.

You will be the first person in command of the company and responsible for giving strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.


Founded in 1999, Swisslinx is a market leader in Recruitment Consulting Services in Switzerland, active in the placement of specialist Financial, Technology, Life Sciences, and Commodities/Natural Resources personnel for permanent roles and consulting assignments both in Switzerland and internationally and is now within the Axiom Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute highquality business strategies that align with both shortterm and longterm objectives.
  • Foster the evolution of our company culture and shape a compelling company vision.
  • Provide oversight of all operations and business activities, ensuring the realization of desired results in line with our overarching strategy and mission.
  • Analyze financial and nonfinancial reports to innovate solutions and enhancements. Manage the company's financial activities, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by overseeing timely filing of necessary documents and monitoring adherence to laws and regulations, in particular pertaining to Swiss Labour Law
  • Lead and manage six highperforming sales teams and the Back Office team, covering Legal, Accounting, HR administration, and IT, comprising a total of 40 dedicated internal staff.
  • Maintain a profound understanding of market trends and industry dynamics relevant to our company.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience as a CEO within a small
- to middle-sized business in Switzerland

  • Proficiency in profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow management, coupled with a strong grasp of general finance and budgeting.
  • Demonstrated success in devising profitable strategies and translating visionary concepts into actionable plans.
  • Familiarity with human resources and personnel management, with a preference for experience in recruitment sales.
  • Possession of analytical prowess and adept problemsolving abilities.
  • Fluency in both German and English; knowledge of French would be advantageous.
