- Implement retail strategies in line with the company strategy
- Set qualitative and quantitative objectives of each boutique
- Establish sales/expense budgets for the retail and be responsible for achieving it in line with Swatch Group and OMEGA policy for the countries and in close cooperation with the local Management
- Suggest and execute the retail distribution policy for the countries in line with Swatch Group and OMEGA overall distribution policy
- Give recommendations about overall product, communication, merchandising, distribution strategies and customer experience standards
- Manage the Retail HQ Team
- Build structures and processes for the Retail
- Prepare the retail's management reports
- Visit boutiques on a regular basis and participate in different events
- Good knowledge of luxury
- At least 10 years experience in retail management
- University degree or equivalent
- Good knowledge of technology, office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), databases and how they work
- Good communication skills to transmit messages to retail employees in the markets and within OMEGA HQ departments
- Willing and flexible to travel up to 30%
- Fluent in English and French; any additional language is a strong advantage
