    The Test Engineering Manager heads a team of designers and engineers, guiding and coaching them, and developing their skills and knowledge.In this role, you will oversee engineering projects for test infrastructure, formulate plan, allocate resources to meet the agreed targets.

    Your responsibilities

    • Define and ensure implementation of operating guidelines for the team
    • Assume technical leadership in the design of the test infrastructure
    • Oversee progress within their area of responsibility, identifying and managing technical issues
    • Guide the team in enhancing engineering capabilities through training, mentoring, and shadowing programs
    • Support the local division in establishing and deploying necessary test infrastructure
    • Conduct and follow up on the certification process jointly with the division
    • Ensure the establishment of processes to capture and share best practices and operational experiences
    • Facilitate the sharing of best practices within the engineering team

    Your background

    • At least 5 years of experience in test infrastructure development working as engineer with UPS testing automation
    • Sound knowledge of engineering techniques, processes and tools, including, LabView, National Instrument automation, Phyton, etc.
    • A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following workplace safety guidelines
    • A high level of self-motivation and curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
    • A bachelor's degree in electronic/electric or similar field
    • Very good knowledge of English language
