  • Job Purpose:
  • The Associate Director,
    RLT Customer Content & Channel will develop and manage
    RLT content that enables efficient and effective omnichannel content at scale and across the International Markets.
  • This role will also drive omnichannel engagement efficiency and effectiveness for the International Markets to ensure customer experience excellence and flawless channel execution.

  • Responsible for enabling the business strategy and tactics, ensuring an excellent and integrated omnichannel customer experience
  • Contribute and manage
    RLT content capabilities and processes in partnership CE&E
  • Manage asset/content demand and backlog with approved agency partners and internal stakeholder
  • Drive reuse, scalability and efficiencies for content with priority countries with ontime project management and excellence in creative quality
  • Set up a "onestopshop" end to end content management to support the delivery of fit for purpose content increasing Customer Experience opportunities and supporting
    RLT brand growth
  • Collaborate with CE&E to manage interactions with external contractors and vendors / partners in to develop and deliver content including articles, videos, infographics, advertising (social, website, Search, mobile, events, field force engagement, etc.)

Channel:

  • Develop best in industry, innovative omnichannel strategies and programs leveraging new channels and emerging technology to support the strategy and leverage emerging trends
  • Steward brand engagement across channels in a connected, differentiated, and valued experience including guiding on use of enabling technologies.
  • Ensure excellence and coherence in engagement execution and implementation across new and traditional channels to ensure harmonization and avoid siloes); liaison with 3rd party partners and agencies as applicable
  • Drive or steward channel capabilities and programs that optimize awareness, trial, conversion, and adherence / retention of customers across multiple products and services
  • Provide expertise on channels and optimization of content for the International Market teams with the support of CE&E
  • Partner to manage, monitor and optimize channel activation spend within agreed upon budgets with the International Market teams
  • Partner CE&E in twoway agency feedback, guidance, and governance to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in our agency model and relationships

Minimum requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in developing and executing digital marketing / omnichannel customer experience strategies across medical and commercial target audiences with demonstrated results
  • 5+ years of experience of omnichannel content development
  • Experience in Radioligand Therapy or similar complex therapies required
  • Good understanding of Global Customer Experience landscape, development processes and methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience of successfully architecting, delivering, and managing an integrated, omnichannel customer experience across multiple brands / therapeutic areas, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to define consistent Customer Experience frameworks (e.g., journey mapping, personae, briefs, content strategy, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in collecting and synthetizing customer insights (via a mix of qual and quant methodologies) into consistent, actionable outputs to solve marketing challenges and drive personalization at scale; includes fluency in attribution and predictive content modelling with demonstrated results
  • Experience of successfully leveraging digital innovation to improve business outcomes and maximize customer value; fluency / knowledgeable in key marketing automation and reporting platforms

Language(s): Fluency in spoken and written English; other languages helpful but not required

Education:
Advanced university degree in Business and / or pharmacology, pharmacy or medicine
