- Research, analysis, proactive processing of the real estate market in Switzerland
- Identification and acquisition of potential Action stores
- Inspection, pre-selection and presentation of potential locations
- Negotiation until the signature is ready with external contractual partners regarding rental agreements and technical conditions (logistics, construction)
- Monitoring the organisation's needs and requirements in terms of logistics, store operations, legal and construction and implementation from search to final negotiation
- Communication and coordination with the internal Legal, Store Design, Support and Construction departments
- Initiation, maintenance and expansion of contacts with multiple relevant external parties (e.g. lessors, property managers, project developers, other retailers, authorities)
- University degree level, preferably in real estate, law, finance, marketing, economics or business
- At least 5 years of proven experience in retail and real estate in Switzerland
- Strong hands-on mentality and high acquisition strength
- Existing network in the Swiss real estate market
- Sound language skills in both written and spoken German and English
- Strong communication skills with internal and external parties
- Sound knowledge of tenancy law
- Proven experience in negotiating Lease contracts, and contract management
- A high level of organisational skills, structured working methods and commitment
