To extend our growing team in the financial industry in
Lugano (Switzerland), we are looking for a
Test Automation Lead to support our local teams and customers.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with a highperforming and forwardfocused agile team and stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing activities based on project requirements
  • Define the Test Strategy and prepare the Test Plans
  • Lead the development of regression tests, including the test automation
  • Collaborate in test execution, especially for the frontend testing
  • Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as needed
  • Manage and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Scientific bachelor's or master's degree, preferably computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Test Manager or Test Architect
  • Handson experience in establishing quality assurance processes
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Test Automation methodology and technologies such as Tosca
  • Good understanding of Xray, Neoload, APIs and ServiceNow would be an advantage
  • ISTQB Advanced Level and Tricentis Tosca certification would be an advantage
  • Social communication skills and competence in interdisciplinary teams
  • Very good command of spoken and written English and Italian
