We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Leader to step into a role of significant reach. In this role you provide strategic direction for Clinical Packaging in IMP Quality Operations in Kaiseraugst and are accountable for the Quality oversight.The Opportunity
To ensure the success of our clinical packaging operations, you will lead the team through the following key responsibilities:- Act as the appointed Delegate of the Swiss Responsible Person (FvP), providing necessary final Quality decision-making and represent your organization during inspections
- Establish and maintain good relationships with your partner organizations in PT to assure alignment around both strategic directions as well as day to day activities in Clinical Packaging Switzerland
- Lead a team of around 15 employees with a strong scientific and quality background
