Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate mass mailing initiatives for regulatory and business driven communication to business partners and end clients across the group
  • Identify possibilities to increase efficiency in RuntheBank activities of Business Management Front (e.g. for control performance, reviews, or production of management reports)
  • Participate actively in various frontrelated initiatives and projects, including initiatives to improve client experience, internal efficiency, or ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support requests and reviews from regulators, external auditors and Group Internal audit

Profiles

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, completed bank apprenticeship or similar banking education
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience in financial services or consulting; at least 3 years in a midoffice or front support role at a Bank.
  • Very good understanding of IT systems and processes in a Private Bank, including ability to write highquality IT specifications; Avaloq experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • High motivation, flexibility to work in a challenging and dynamic environment, and willingness to contribute in a team culture.
  • Solution oriented and handson working attitude, combining reliability, accuracy, and pragmatism
  • Team player willing to take full ownership of her/his tasks and area of responsibility
  • Very good command of English and German, good communication and presentation skills
