Beschreibung

In this role, you will be responsible for the Master Production Plan for a dedicated brand, ensuring supply reliability, optimizing cost and cash, and driving an E2E Customer Promise Mindset.


Responsibilities include, out of others:


  • Accountable for local E2E (EndtoEnd) product flow and performance in alignment with global and local functions, to improve supply reliability, responsiveness and agility
  • Responsible for capacity scenario analysis and reporting for Schaffhausen portfolio to support E2E decisions
  • Contribution to monthly planning cycle
  • Support uninterrupted manufacturing processes, business continuity and costefficient flow of information
  • Assist in multiple aspects of product strategy, supply chain management and inventory management; support project work across multiple product portfolios
  • Coordination of supply chain activities and resources that are needed for costefficient New Product Introduction (NPI) and commercial supply
  • Support tech transfers, regional or global launch and supply sustainability for the assigned portfolio
  • Point of Contact for Customer/ Demand Management and other stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement of processes to reach targets
  • Plan, coordinate and control timely and costefficient preparation of Master Production Schedule and Master Data for manufacturing of commercial products and NPIs (New Product Introductions), to ensure that the company's business needs are met and that the appropriate stock is available timely in correct quantity and quality
  • Manage short term constraints, partner crossfunctionally to mitigate impact or escalate to evaluate impact and to identify alternatives to mitigate risk
  • Partner with different functions to define and implement improvement projects to drive E2E optimization
  • Compliance with the GMP, EHS and SOX requirements and guidelines, which are connected to the respective function

Qualifications:


_Education:
_

A minimum of a
Bachelor's degree is required. Advanced degree is preferred. APICS Supply Chain certification is preferred.


_Experience:
_

5+ years of related experience in MFG and/or Logistics/supply chain. Preferable within the pharma industry.


_Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
_


  • Clear understanding of internal Supply Chain trends/flow
  • Ability to act as change agent/leader
  • Collaborates effectively to achieve performance improvement
  • Knowledge of SAP highly preferable
  • Establish effective communications
  • High analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication
  • Strength in interdependent partnering
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist
  • Ability to partner with others; look for collaboration with people from different departments and all levels
